The design focuses heavily on creating a conducive corporate environment while being integrated with surrounding developments, including retail spaces and educational institutions.
The building boasts a centre-core, column-free floor plate, providing flexibility in interior layout, which is highly advantageous for modern office spaces. Additionally, it is equipped with six high-speed lifts catering to different zones within the tower, ensuring efficient vertical transportation.
The provision for inter-floor connectivity through knockoff panels also facilitates a seamless working environment across different levels.
