Menara HLA (formerly known as Wisma Kia Peng) is a red-granite bold-looking office tower located in the heart of the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. It neighbors 3 Kia Peng, Menara Pinang, and Wisma UOA II.

Menara HLA consists of a 32-storey block with a 4-level basement car park. It has a total net lettable area of 396,820 sf with average typical floor plate of 12,500 sf. It is served by a total of 723 car park bays. It is wholly owned by Tower Real Estate Investment Trust as it was bought for RM221 million in 2006.

Among the building tenants of Menara HLA are Hong Leong Assurance, HLG Capital, Vsource Asia, DCHL (RZ Corporation), Jaring Communications, Lampe Berger, Estebel, and Aker Kvaerner Engineering S.E.A.

From statistics by Bursa Malaysia in 2006, the occupancy rate of Menara HLA was recorded at 83.6% during the year. At the time being, it is believed to achieve about 95%. Mixed of tenants are majorly from finance and insurance industry with 33.2%, followed by services and IT companies with 25.4% and 10.8% respectively.
